Registration Fees

Early Registration Fee: $450attendee/$225 guest

The registration fee for our meeting will be $450 per meeting attendee, $225 per guest, provided such payment is received by January 9, 2009. $189.00/night plus tax - Standard - Single or Double

Reservations may be made by calling (800) 228-9290 or (404) 262-3344. When calling the hotel mention that you are with the Life and Health Compliance Association January 2009 Meeting. This rate will be available through January 9, 2009. Please reserve early. A limited number of rooms are available for Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday nights. Once the room block is full or released, you may be unable to reserve a room at the $189.00 per night rate.

Ground Transportation:

The JW Marriott is right across the street from the MARTA station that will easily (and inexpensively) transport guests from the Airport. You may also ride MARTA to travel to Midtown and Downtown Atlanta. See the website below for additional information:

Traveling on MARTA from the Atlanta Airport: Take the train marked "DORAVILLE" north to Lenox Station (N7). The hotel is across the street from the station.

Taxi Service: The hotel has taxi's that wait outside the front doors 24 hours a day. It is a minimum of $7 (for anywhere around Buckhead). It is about $35 to the airport. Prices vary depending on the number of passengers.

Airport Shuttle Service: There is also an airport shuttle service called the Atlanta Link. The price is $20.50 (one way) $37 (round trip). The Atlanta Link picks up at the hotel every hour, on the hour. See the website below for additional information.

Getting around Buckhead Atlanta: The JW Marriott has complimentary transportation that will carry up to (5) people at a time. The car is "On Call," meaning it does not take reservations - and it goes within a (2) mile radius of the hotel.

Driving Directions to the Hotel:
From Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport or I-85 North: Take I-85 North to Exit 87 (GA 400). Proceed to Exit 2 (Lenox Road). Turn right onto Lenox Road. At third traffic light, turn right. Take immediate left to hotel access road. Hotel is on the right, just after the underpass. From Southbound I-85: Take exit 30 (Lenox Road West). Continue two miles. Hotel is on the left.

Don Edde Memorial Golf Tournament

This year's golf tournament will be held on Wednesday, January 21, 2009 at Heritage Golf Club. Golf Fee: $155 (Fee includes cart, green fees, transportation, breakfast and lunch.)
