We're hard at work with plans to ensure that your time spent in the Cincinnati area is fun and enjoyable, as well as educational and informative. Please make your reservations early. Did you know?Sixty percent (60%) of the nation's population is within one-hour flight time from Cincinnati. We're conveniently located, so plan to attend! There's a lot to do in Cincinnati, so you may want to stay a few extra days. For instance, you may want to visit the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center, Newport Aquarium, Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Gardens, or Kings Island amusement park; while you are there, check out the Great Wolf Lodge; also close by is the Beach Waterpark. If you are feeling lucky, Grand Victoria, Belterra or The Hollywood Casinos are just up the road in Indiana. We also have lots of museums and cultural activities in Cincinnati. Airport InformationThe most convenient airport is the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (it's just a short drive/ride to downtown Cincinnati). The three-digit airport code is CVG. Their website is www.cvgairport.com.Ground Transportation (located near the airport baggage claim area)Shuttle Service:Airport Executive Shuttle provides service to downtown Cincinnati for $20 one-way or $30 round trip (rates are subject to change). Walk-up service is welcome or you may call to guarantee your reservation. Your name, date and time of arrival/departure, airline, flight number, number of guests and your hotel will be requested at time of reservation. When returning to the airport for departure, the shuttle service recommends allowing 2½ hours from time of pickup at the hotel until flight time. Shuttle service reservations can be made by calling Airport Executive Shuttle toll-free at 1 800-990-8841 or at 1-859-261-8841. Taxi Service: Taxi fare between the airport and downtown Cincinnati is currently running about $27 one-way. You may call 859-767-3260 for more information. Rental Cars:

Continue north on KY-212 (Donaldson Road) for 0.7 miles. Take ramp onto I-275 East toward Cincinnati/Lexington/Louisville and go 3.4 miles. Take exit #84 onto I-75 North toward Cincinnati and go 7.9 miles. Take the Fifth Street exit and go 0.5 miles to the Westin Hotel on the right. Drive past the hotel and turn right on Walnut Street, right on Fourth Street, and right on Vine Street. Access to the parking garage is on Vine Street between Fourth and Fifth Streets.Don Edde Memorial Golf TournamentBring your clubs and golf shoes, we're hitting the greens! We are pleased to announce that the 2010 Don Edde Golf Tournament will be a traditional golf outing. The Vineyard (www.greatparks.org), a beautiful 18-hole golf course in Cincinnati, Ohio, will be the venue for the event.
When registering for the conference, please indicate your participation. We ask that all golfers, and those wishing to ride-along, register by March 28. You'll receive responses and insight from some of the most knowledgeable individuals in the insurance industry. Questions should be submitted through the LHCA website at: www.lhca.net/questions.cfm.A compilation of all questions submitted will be emailed to registered attendees approximately two weeks prior to the meeting date to allow attendees the opportunity to review and prepare for discussion at the meeting. Attendees will need to print the questions and bring them to the meeting. (Don't forget to hole-punch the pages in order to place them in the binder you'll receive at the registration desk when you arrive for the meeting.) DressThe recommended dress for the meeting is business casual.
